(AllHipHop News) Rap star Raekwon The Chef and members of Wu-Tang Clan have been hit with a lawsuit by a publishing company, who claims the rappers illegally used portions of a sample on the track "New Wu."

Bridgeport Music/Westbound Records filed a lawsuit against Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Method Man and RZA on September 7, in United States District Court, Southern District of New York.
